Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery Times

We proudly offer international shipping to the following regions:

  • United States: 4 to 14 business days
  • Europe (Continental): 4 to 21 business days
  • United Kingdom & Ireland: 4 to 12 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 8 to 21 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Delays can occur due to customs processing, local postal services, or other unforeseen circumstances. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. During peak seasons (e.g., holidays) or promotional periods, delivery times may be longer than estimated.

Order Processing Time

We ship all orders within 1 to 3 business days after purchase. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with various reputable carriers, including but not limited to USPS, DHL, Royal Mail, and others, to ensure the best delivery service for your region. We select the most suitable carrier based on your location to guarantee efficient and reliable delivery.

Shipping Delays & Lost Packages

While we strive for timely delivery, international shipments can sometimes experience unforeseen delays. A package is considered delayed if it exceeds the estimated delivery timeframe. In rare cases, delays can extend up to 90 calendar days from the shipping date. If your order has not arrived within 90 days from the shipping date, please contact us. At this point, we will offer you the choice of a full refund, a reshipment of your order, or store credit.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Ambreux covers all customs duties and taxes for international orders. The price you see at checkout is the final price, and you will not be charged any additional import fees upon delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping costs. If the package is lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.
